Mental Health Awareness training is designed to improve understanding, reduce stigma and give delegates the confidence to recognise when someone may be experiencing mental ill health.

The course explores common mental health conditions, signs and symptoms, support techniques and the importance of early intervention. Delegates will also learn how to support their own wellbeing and how to signpost others towards appropriate professional support.

This course is delivered by experienced, qualified working mental health professionals and qualified First Aid assessors, bringing real-world knowledge and practical insight into the training room.
