Blended Paediatric First Aid

Our Blended Paediatric First Aid Course is in 2 parts:

Part 1 is an online e-learning module which is completed before the practical training session on any computer or mobile device. You will receive a link to the e-learning module when you book the course.

Part 2 is a one-day face to face course where you will learn and demonstrate all the practical sections of the role of a paediatric first aider.

This course is designed for individuals involved with children and infants, including teachers, child minders, crèche assistants, and playgroup staff. It is ideal for anyone responsible for children's and infants' welfare while under their supervision.

Who Should Attend Blended Paediatric First Aid Training?

It is ideal for individuals who are responsible for children and infants, such as childminders, nursery and school staff (dealing with Foundation Stage) who wish to gain a nationally regulated Level 3 Award.

This blended course satisfies the guidelines and criteria as laid down by the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Ofsted. In order to obtain this qualification, you must complete both parts of the course.

Assessment: Short multiple-choice assessment at the end of the e-learning module, plus continuous assessment by your instructor throughout the face to face training course.

BESPOKE TRAINING DAY AT OUR OFFICES OR CLIENT’S SITE

This training is offered exclusively for your company, available either at PCS or on your premises, with evening and weekend sessions also possible upon request.

All courses can be customized with your company's data or to address specific challenges your staff may encounter. Our bespoke training allows for flexible topic selection from various stages or the combination of multiple courses.

Online Live Training

All PCS training courses can now be conducted remotely, either from your office or from home. Pringle PCS will provide login details, allowing you or your team to participate in live training sessions.

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

For all live online training, PCS offers a complimentary 30-minute setup and test session to demonstrate how the remote learning platform operates. We will check internet speed and connection, and guide you through the process of joining the live training session. Each participant must have a functioning camera and microphone to interact with the class. Pringle PCS strongly recommends using dual screens or having access to a tablet for the best learning experience.

COMPANY CLASSROOM AND ONE-ON-ONE

Live online training can be delivered in a one-on-one setting or to a classroom of up to eight participants. All courses can be customized to meet specific company requirements.

DURATION

A live online training session typically lasts up to 6 hours, including scheduled breaks.
