About the Apprenticeship: Pringle PCS' Data Analyst Level 4 apprenticeship programme will provide apprentices with the necessary capabilities and knowledge of data analytics.
They will be able to study, organise and manipulate data in order to provide the highest level of support solutions to businesses.
The programme will be delivered by a professional data analyst, who has developed, supported and organised complex databases for large corporations such as Nissan and Renault.
We also deliver training courses and support the South Yorkshire Police’s Data Intelligence Analysts with their data, and how they can improve their data handling.
We provide this excellent level of service and support for apprentices throughout the duration of the programme, through hands-on learning, workshops and online learning.
The main responsibilities of the Data Analyst are to collate, organise and study business data. Once they’ve reviewed and analysed the data, they’ll manipulate the information to create reports and recommend ways to improve corporate strategies/performance.
Our Data Analyst apprenticeship programme will give delegates the fundamental skills to excel in their role as a data analyst.
The modules will be delivered as a combination of intense classroom and online training sequencers, allowing apprentices to be able to demonstrate the required understanding to progress their careers.
Our Pluralsight online training portal will provide apprentices with the supportive material to revisit topics covered in the classroom. The website also gives users the ability of writing their own notes which will improve the learning process.
Apprentices will complete nine modules during the programme. Each of the modules shown below will be incorporated into the apprenticeship training in order for delegates to gain the maximum benefits by developing their abilities in a wide range of technical aspects of data analytics.
The advanced course expands on your existing knowledge of this program, by introducing more advanced document management and set up techniques.
Through the use of styles, delegates will be able to automatically create a table of contents to provide a structure at the beginning of long documents.
Mail merge will be refreshed and built on with the introduction of filters.
The course also covers the customisation of word, allowing you to create your own menus and buttons.
Together with the classroom learning and one-to-one development support, each apprentice will have access to supporting material from Pluralsight.
The Pluralsight courses can be accessed from your own PCs, or apprentices can book a timeslot at our offices to use our Learning Hub facility.
They will have access to our high-spec PCs, including free technical support as well as tea and coffee.
This course introduces more complex features. By the end of this course delegates will be in a position to use some of Excel’s most beneficial functions such as If, Sumif, Countif, And, Or, Vlookup, and Hlookup and is an introduction to using combined formulas. In addition, PCS will also look at more advanced data analysis techniques with combined formulas such as Pivot tables.
